- maths, reading, language arts, elementary, lesson planning, STEAM: Studyladder – thousands of
teaching resources covering maths, language arts, science, computer science, art, music, and theme based learning. Activities are interactive and geared to students in elementary school.
- teaching, Harvard, resources, research, exemplars: Harvard Graduate School of Education – someone once told me I should apply… I didn’t. Not really a regret but it does occasionally wake me up in the middle of the night. Perhaps you should apply! In any case, you’ll also find some fairly useful resources here, even if you’re not directly connected to the Harvard EdFac. In particular, check out Usable Knowledge, the School’s education e-mag, and click on the Centers, Projects, and Initiatives tab for a list of some rather fascinating undertakings that you might find very useful indeed.
- file sharing, google drive, dropbox: FileChat – FileChat allows you to collaborate on
documents, pictures and videos within your favourite cloud storage such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Very useful when working on joint projects across large physical distances. Or when you need a master copy for your work team.
Greetings! Here are a few recent additions to my Edtech Archive, a collection of over 8000 free, online educational resources. This edition focuses on studying in the elementary grades, going to Harvard, and collaborative file sharing.
Til next time… peace and love
